About the Event
The East Hills Council of Neighbors is hosting a FREE Dumpster Day for neighborhood residents to offload household trash and do a little spring cleaning together.
Bring your items directly to the dumpster and be prepared to unload them yourself (or possible help from volunteers). Safety and health protocols will be in place, and all items will be inspected to ensure they can be accepted.
RULES AND REMINDERS:
DO have identification to show that you live in the cleanup area.
DO be prepared to unload your trash.
DO make sure that major appliances (Refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, air conditioners and dehumidifiers, etc.) are properly prepared FREON FREE.
DO NOT place your refuse at the curb. You must bring it to the collection site.
DO NOT bring yard waste, sod, broken concrete, wood, or asphalt.
DO NOT bring electronics such as televisions, computers, monitors, printers, cell phones, etc. Please contact PADNOS for information on electronic recycling.
DO NOT bring hazardous materials such as tires, oil, gas, paint, hot ashes, or household/garden chemicals If you have hazardous waste:

Mondays and Thursdays: 1:30 — 5:30 PM
Wednesdays: 7:30 AM — 11:30 AM
Every 2nd Saturday: 8:30 — 11:00 AM
